Theft! No refund given.

Sent 4 items back on 15/11/22 and tracking confirmed the received my order on 18/11/22. Still no refund of £75 and everyone ignoring emails. Pure theft! I work for consumer rights and will be taking this further. Horrendous company!

Should be 0 stars. Take your money.. email to say item out of stock and you never get a refund. Complete thieves!!! DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID. Still waiting for my refund from November.. it’s never going to arrive.

Magical people.
