Very friendly and helpful service: the willingness to let us try multiple bikes, and re-try, and with decent choice of different models, made for a very interesting and enjoyable afternoon - and above all very useful indeed. And no pressure at all, and they were happy for us to come back another day and retry so e and try more.
It made our choices for us, though unfortunately the specific models my wife and I chose are not presently available.
However they had some clothing at a good price, so we bought a few items.
I can’t recommend them highly enough. All staff were helpful, though we dealt mainly with Will, who was a credit to the store.

However, the complimentary layout template was pretty awful - no idea why it was assembled in the way it was, and after wasting much time with it I created my own (in about 5 mins, then another 15 printing and adjusting.I am sending it to them to replace their original, so if they do that this criticism will have been resolved.

Quick delivery, but pricier than they used to be, and why do new customers get a substantial discount but not regular customers: clearly loyalty is not valued. They sometimes do special offers with reasonable discounts, but never at the time I need to buy.

Needed thermostat cartridge and door rollers for an Aqualusso shower cubicle. Best match for 'stat was type 8, but I was a bit worried as it said 92mm long and mine was 96. However otherwise appeard right so I ordered - and it fits and works fine, just the rear stub shaft on old one protruded slightly more. Old rollers were two-piece construction, almost as if they had types - new ones appare one piece, 'tyres' on all 8 originals had fallen apart within 3 years) . Delivered quickly, and no problems - my only ugripe is the rollers seem very expensive at £2 each.
