I made a mistake purchasing and would like to initiate a refund as advertised on their website. Wrote the customer service email and no response. Don’t put it up if it can’t be honored, otherwise this is just a scam business.

I’ve addressed Hannah directly as mentioned in the comment but have yet to received instructions to send back the product for refund. Hume Health seems to pass the case around to different representatives yet it is the same CS email. If there was an actual process for refunds as described, the instructions should be embedded within the first email reply. There’s nothing wrong with not offering refunds, but don’t use it as a selling point to bait customers.
