Don't buy a Love2shop card
I was given a Love2shop card, unlike other cards this one cannot be exchanged for goods in a shop. I was told to activate the card, I tried to activate it on their website but did not succeed. It is so complicated to activate the card that I have given up. So someone bought a card and because I can't use it Love2shop keeps the money. It is like a scam. Don't buy a love2shop card, it seems you can't buy anything with this card, waste of money

We'd like to reassure you that if your card number starts with 633827 38 or 633827 39, your card is already active and ready to spend, so there is no need to activate it.
If your card starts with a different number and you're still experiencing issues, please email our team at **help@love2shop.co.uk**, and a member of the team will be happy to assist you.
