I sold a pair of UGG shoes my first time ever on Vinted for $60 paid $27.84 for shipping myself because when I got to the USPS I didn't have the shipping lable printed that Vinted gave me sold shoes on Sunday the customer got them that Friday and Saturday morning at 5:52 Am Vinted refunded the customer her money and said it was because I didn't use there shipping lable so I contacted the buyer and ask her to send the shoes back her reply was they were gifted and Vinted didn't refund her they have our conversation/messages showing I paid shipping sent her the receipt and proof they were delivered she said she confirmed on the app she received the shoes I have sceen shots of everything but Vinted want give me the money im owed so to me it's FRAUD I don't have my shoes or money how is Vinted a legit business when the only customer support is a chat bot no live agent
