This is THE WORST place to consign
This is THE WORST place to consign, I have had the WORST experience with them, in May I asked for all my items back and they "supposedly" did, I left for Europe for a few weeks and when I returned I was looking for items that were supposedly returned, I go back on their site and my items are their and they have them on layaway, their layaway program is only for a couple of months so they NEVER returned my items and were going to sell them and NOT pay me!!!! I sent an email in June and they told me everything was paid out and IT WAS NOT!!! this is robbery and I will take action!!!!!!!!

Our records, including the applicable consignment summaries and payment documentation, confirm that all unsold merchandise was returned in April and that the items referenced were sold and paid out in May. No merchandise or payment associated with these items remains outstanding.
We take the handling of merchandise entrusted to us and our consignor payment obligations seriously. The website information viewed did not reflect the completed status of these transactions, and we understand why that caused concern.
If you believe there is a different, specific item that remains unaccounted for, we are happy to review it against our records and address it directly.
