Never received my order (176209825) CHF 337.78 (Car
Tires) after waiting for over 12days, when contact their customer service (which is not very friendly & not helpful) I was asked to wait since they are having a problem from their supplier. So I asked them to please cancel my order and provide me a refund since they cannot promise me a guaranteed delivery time and date. Even the tracking number (CH0000753431) they provide me was a fake and they keep telling me that the order is showing as dispatched on their system but since it’s via a third-party supplier they are waiting for an update from them, then only they can give me an update to track where the order is and when will it be delivered? This is the worst place you can order anything from because after weeks and weeks of waiting you don’t even know where is your order & they cannot cancel your order and not give you a refund because their system is still showing that the order is in transit. According to this company Their policy is that only until the order is confirmed lost or not delivered by their third-party supplier, which could take weeks and weeks, and only once they have the confirmation from their third-party supplier they will put in a cancellation request which could again take God knows how long until they will refund you they money (I am not sure if they will ever refund you)
I would request all customers to think twice before ordering anything from this company, until unless you are willing to wait for weeks and weeks or maybe even a month to receive your order and that is also not sure if you will ever receive your order and God forbid if the worse happens then good luck getting a refund from this company because all they will keep saying to you is wait and please be patient since We are trying to resolve the situation with our supplier which could take weeks again. I don’t know how do they even exist in 2026 and get away with things like this. Why are people even trusting this company and ordering from them? I think they are scamming people because till now when I awriting this review, I have still not received any confirmation from them with a valid tracking number confirming that the order is definitely shipped and will be delivered so I can track the order. They provided me with this fake tracking number, which does not even work. CH0000753431. Now I have to request my Credit Card company to help me get a refund since I never received my order after waiting for weeks.
