I have had an annual subscription to Calm for about six years now and love the app and use it every night. Then, in January I noticed Calm.com,inc had taken £17.09 out of my account. It was only in August it dawned on me they had taken £17.09 out every month. Which would mean paying £205 for a year!! I was also thrown by the email address which never had a , and inc in its address before. Reached out to their zen help or whatever it’s called and like everyone else found I only got robotic replies. Bank investigated and said they were fraudulent and retrieved some of my money. What I want to know is what has happened to the original lovely Calm app I have loved and used for many years? Tamara and Elisha. What happened???
