you have helped me very much by arranging the pick-up service. In the Netherlands, it is almost impossible to get in touch with the carrier FedEx.
I am 68 years old and really appreciate a conversation with a person.
Next time I order, I need to be more careful and choose DHL, which is a very accessible carrier in the Netherlands with many places to drop off the package.
