I moved to AMI ~March 2026 as my wife's car is with them. We asked for authority for both of us to he on the other's policy so that we can discuss things once without two separate calls / individuals having to be present. Today, this is still not done (being the fourth time since March to get it done.

Then, they do not put two vehicles on one policy. How is that even an issue? When asked about content insurance, I was told that would be a different policy - three different transactions for essentially one policy. How absurd.

I cannot keep on phoning them - I had to six days for an update that did not come, hence my phoning them again. But they are happy to take my money on time, without delay...
