I am extremely disappointed and outraged by the service provided by Flaconi. I paid extra for Express delivery specifically because I needed my order before traveling abroad.
Not only was the shipment delayed, but the delivery attempt failed completely (the courier didn't even bother to ring my doorbell) and the package was simply dropped off at a postal branch. Since I am now away on a 3-week trip, it is physically impossible for me to pick it up, meaning it will just sit there and eventually be sent back.
As a result, I am left without the item I desperately needed for my trip, and my money is tied up. Paying extra for an Express service that fails this miserably is a complete scam. I had to open a dispute via PayPal just to get my own money back.
Zero customer care, unreliable shipping partners, and a complete waste of time and money. I will NEVER order from Flaconi again!
