It was a horrible and extremely stressful experience at the beginning of our vacation. We booked a car through stressfreecarrental.com, we came to the OK mobility office in Rhodes and they said that they can't rent a car to a 21 year old, even though l put the age when renting the car (they blamed the website and took no responsibility). After arriving at the hotel I looked at the terms and conditions of ok mobility and it’s clearly written that drivers above 18 years old can rent a car (point 17.1 Young Driver). We also had a 24 year old driver, but they claimed that they don't have an available car. They drove us back to the airport and told to look for a car there, which was hard to do at 10pm. We also heard another person fighting over something (they also didn’t want to give them the car, but for a different reason), so clearly our situation wasn’t the only one.
