I SENT YOU THE PICTURES FROM MY REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS ALREADY. It says "refund accepted" and "a refund has been made" and NO REFUND IS SHOWING IN MY ACCOUNT WHICH MEANS YOU ARE SITTING ON MY MONEY. GIVE ME MY MONEY RIGHT NOW.
IF YOU DO NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY TODAY I WILL START CASE WITH THE FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN ON MONDAY!
