Mr Balaggan was recommended to me after a visit to an optician who confirmed I had cataracts in both eyes. Unaccustomed to hospital visits I was extremely nervous and apprehensive. At the initial consultation I was immediately made to feel at ease ; comfortable and safe in the hands of this gentleman who was not only highly qualified but also a true, caring Professional who was obviously passionate about his work. I felt comfortable to ask questions, all of which were answered in depth. At the end of my consultation there was an issue with my blood pressure. Kam went beyond the call of duty to address the situation.
Both operations went as planned and throughout the procedures I was informed of what was happening.
Yesterday I was discharged and again my final consultation was pleasant, thorough and informative.
I cannot thank this gentleman enough for restoring my sight and I left knowing that should any problems occur he is just a phone call away.
