Their sales @ just vapes isnt an emmail domain so they dont get ya msgs.. spent a few hundred over a week ago.. on the actual site.. so yes ive been scammed .. but it seems it was by u guys . Can I get a refund. Or confirmations that the package is on the way order was on just-vapesau .com order number 12668 have a screenshot that shows me on the right site. Receiving my receipt .. and order number. Plz resolve asap cheers

From what you've described, it looks like your order was placed on just-vapesau.com, which is not one of our websites. Unfortunately, it's a scam website that's impersonating our business.
Just to clarify as well, we don't have a live chat on our website, and no one named Scott Bryan works for us. If you were chatting with someone there, it was the scammer.
