Helt “Hjem” should change its name. They don’t deliver packages to your home, but to mailbox stands by the main road where they easily get stolen.
I avoid using them whenever possible. I’ve already had several packages stolen, and they refuse to take responsibility. To make matters worse, they deliver at 2:00 AM while everyone is asleep. It is impossible to collect the package immediately, and by morning, it is already too late
