How they handle food service is a disaster. I will go out of my way to avoid this airline in the future. The customer service on the phone is also categorically unhelpful—she said several times that I would be better served using the website because she didn't know what she was talking about and couldn't even access that information. I suspect she just didn't want to help any further.
