I bought two large fans for delivery on Sunday and waited in all day. The promised delivery dates are a lie - Coolblue outsources to Bpost who are lazy and can’t be bothered to stick to a schedule. Now two very heavy parcels will arrive when I’m at work and be sent to a pick up point. I have no way of collecting them as they are too heavy. Do not trust this company.

We are very sorry to hear that your delivery went wrong and that you waited all Sunday for nothing. We completely understand how frustrating this is, especially since these heavy packages are now headed to a pick-up point that you cannot easily reach.
