Staff at the airport in Zurich (after checking in and getting on to the bus to be transported to the plain) was incredibly unprofessional and rude. They left people on the bus to wait for about 20 minutes without any explanation why. I kindly went to ask what the situation is. One gentleman (who’s been standing around with the staff and laughing all this time with one more lady) was trying to explain that there is 14 people late for boarding and then he was told to stop talking to me by the lady that was with him. Then I turned to talk to the actual member of the staff. And she was not friendly and all she said we have to wait and then I said why, she said, we have to wait.
To let people wait for so long without explanation, it is so unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. And beside all that they never apologised.
In the end 14 people never bothered and just these 2 got on to the bus (finding this whole situation funny). And that was it.
Very very disappointing.
P.S the flight was Zürich- Rome
