Make sure you take pictures of your package, with the etiquette and measuring it with a ruler, cause apparently from one shipment to another they can just “come up” with claims, claiming you didnt put the right size and information in the package (I shipped the same package more than once and never had an issue), and CHARGE YOU AUTOMATICALLY, if you pay with PayPal or card. Customer service is of no help. Very disappointed
