don't bother, bought a leisure battery for my campervan which has stopped working within a year of purchase, have emailed numerous times and not received a single response.
further edit: No, you responded when i put this review on Trustpilot, before that you ignored it completely and you haven't resolved anything since.

having checked up on everything our end, i can see that we responded to your initial enquiry within 39 minutes, (initial enquiry 26th May at 1313hrs, our team responded 26th May 1353hrs ) however we never received a reply back.
we also responded to your 2nd ticket raised asking for the same details.
I can see that we have since sorted this out for you straight away from being informed. which was then by another email, which you swiftly followed with a review, sometimes emails can be missed or placed in Junk or Spam folders.
