Claim went to Davies Group who are awful!
Took out a policy with staysure and needed to make a claim. They refer you to Davies Group who are appalling. Getting them to respond to claim submissions/questions takes forever and 2 months to respond when i submitted a complaint. The time it took them to reply resulted in me only receiving half of my insurance claim amount. I would advise looking at other companies and avoid having to make a claim with Davies Group.

I would normally mention going through the complaints procedure but I see you have said you have already done this.
