I'm not one for writing bad reviews but I am so incensed by this company that I had to write one. I cannot believe I fell for this and lost £130 for some Artistic table lamps that we bought early December for staff xmas presents.
Their site shows some great photos and you think the products are from their European headquarters but all you get is total 'tacky rubbish' sent direct from China which barely resemble the photos.
Not only that but we ordered nearly two weeks prior to Xmas se we could give them as Xmas presents but they arrived in the new year.
The company do correspond by email very politely and reassuringly but they are just buying time and dragging it out. In the end I had to return the lamps to China and not Europe which cost me £30. That was in early January and they got stuck in customs because their China supplier wouldn't or didn't supply the required consignment details.
I am now told that they are being returned back to me but I doubt that I will see them and, tbh, I wouldn't want them anyway and they are not even fit for my bin.
Honestly, if i can help others, I strongly advise to avoid this company at all costs. I always buy based on reviews and can often see that some bad reviews are people who have a 'bee-in-their-bonnet' over trivial items. I am a very tolerant and successful Managing Director of 3 companies and rarely complain and rant but my goodness, Serenza-Living would be shut down if it was left to me.
I have instigated a Chargeback with the bank but, with the company in China, I'm not holding my breath.
Hope I can save at least one person time, money and disappointment.
