Unfortunately, due to an unexpected allocation issue from one of our suppliers, we did not receive the quantity of products originally confirmed, forcing us to cancel some pre-orders and issue refunds.

We understand your frustration. However, we would like to clarify that the cancellation was not related to market prices, but solely to this unforeseen supply issue.
