I ordered an ASUS graphics card around New Year, with an expected arrival date of 2nd January, but it never arrived. I visited the shop on the 3rd to get an update, but the assistant couldn’t provide any information on when it would be back in stock. I ended up cancelling the order and buying the card from another retailer. Cancellation was easy enough and have Already got the money back on my card
