According to DHL statistics, 98.9 % of our packages leave our warehouse on the same day they are processed. For large shipment volumes, DHL does not scan each package at pickup; the first scan occurs at the sorting center, which is why the tracking may show “shipment electronically announced.”
The delivery timeframe on our website is approximate (“ca.”) and not guaranteed. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, as stated on our site.
