I placed an order on 27th August. Had the order acknowledgment then zero communication. I chased - still nothing other than an auto response to say they would respond within 5 days. Five days in this day and age??? Miraculously I then had an email to say they are on their way. They turned up but only ⅓ of the plants I ordered and 3 of them looked half dead as apparently a box was damaged by Yodel. I emailed Gardening Express the company and said just pick them up and refund me. Another auto response for 5 days. There is nothing 'express' about this company and their customer service stinks or is non existent. I should have read their Truspilot reviews before ordering and would never use them again.
