British person using USPS for the first time. I live in Africa and a friend's parents are coming to visit. I ordered piano parts to be delivered to them in the US. USPS said they were delivered but they were not. The 'search for missing mail' process is extremely lengthy but I submitted a report, only to have them reply 'but it says it was delivered.' To report that it was not - again - I had to follow a link on an e-mail but the link does not work. I spent about 40 minutes filling out all the forms to request a refund only to get 'There was a problem submitting your Service Request. Please try again later.' Never seen a postal service this bad before. What a waste of time and money.
