The wristband for my Garming Venu 3 I…
The wristband for my Garming Venu 3 I ordered was advertised as Leather.
First, it took two weeks to get here where 3-5 days were advertised.
Second, the ‘leather’ strap was fake leather (Leather look exterior with a foam core). Okay if you sell a fake leather strap, but don’t advertise it as genuine leather.
Third, I send an e-mail that I’m not happy with my strap. No reaction. I notify Paypal and all of a sudden the respond.
Fourth, when I tell them it is fake leather and that I’m not going to pay for it and want to return it without having to pay a return fee they say that it is genuine leather and that they want me to offer a 15% discount to keep it. When I then ask the percentage of real leather I get an immediate 100% refund, with an e-mail that it is 100% genuine leather but because I’m not happy with it they are refunding me for the full amount.
This is an absolute scam. I want to notify authorities but I’m not sure where and what I can do that.
They think their customers are idiots or something.
Absolutely disgusting this.
