What should be a great concept has possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Questions answered with questions, attitude and rudeness, agents appear to be working from scripts rather than knowledge of the product and how it works. If all goes well for your transaction then great, if you encounter problems, then good luck. For those reasons alone, I would recommend people to steer clear.
