Dream forced us to cancel the order and pay 60 pounds for it
Dream forced us to cancel the order since they could not postpone the delivery any further, and they charged us 60 pounds for it. They don't accept return if you buy on store, only if you buy the bed online. We had to postpone our delivery because the new apartment we bought was delayed by the developer.
UPDATE
After the review Dream has reached out to us and offered to reimburse the 60 pounds that they had charged for the cancellation.
