Hello, I usually order the same thing. Which are Martellato containers and get them all in my order. This time there was an item missing from my shipment. I reached out and spoke with someone on the phone. But didn’t get a follow up email. I would like to receive the rest of my order and not a refund.

Unfortunately, the Martellato container is currently out of stock. There was an inventory error in our system, which showed one box as available when it was not actually in stock.
We completely understand how frustrating this is, especially since you regularly order the same products and were expecting to receive your complete order. Since we are unable to ship the missing item at this time, we will process a refund for it today.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience and for not following up with you sooner.

Great product
Great product, great service, not so great - these constant emails to rate every single product in my order. Endless. And if I don't do it right away, or multiple times for each of the items in my order, I just keep getting more. I contacted about this, but here we are again.
