Horrible company do not deal with them specially for traders what they do they advertise them selves with autotrader just to attract customers once you call for that specific car or van they tell you we decline the dealer so they can sell you one of their cars or vans so they make commission and if you break down one hour later they will make it impossible for you make a claim rip off do not deal with this fraudulent company

CONSTANT HARRASMENT AFTER TRYING TO FIND OUT A ROUGH COST OF FINANCE ONLINE, YOU WILL RECEIVE 1-2 PHONECALLS EVERY DAY FOR OVER A WEEK, AND 1-2 TEXT MESSAGES A DAY EVERY DAY, DESPITE RESPONDING TO THE FIRST ONE SAYING YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED..
POINTLESS EVEN HAVING AN ONLINE QUOTE SYSTEM, WHEN IT DOESN'T GIVE YOU A QUOTE, INSTEAD THEIR SALES TEAM HARRAS YOU FOR WEEKS.

Dave Couchman gave me a call after I looked online. From the first minute I felt comfortable and excited. He talked me through the process and put me at ease when I had concerns. Throughout the process he kept me up to date and stayed in contact. I had looked at various places to source a car, but it was Dave who made me want to go with Zuto. Hopefully he will still be there to help me next time too! The website is easy to use and there are plenty of cars to choose from, the best bit though - you can source from else where and they will sort it for you 10/10 service. Cheers Zuto and Dave

Applied for car finance on Monday evening Ethan contacted me right away and talked me through everything that will happen. He sorted the finance once I picked my car, Ethan was amazing dealing with it from start to finish kept in contact through everything drive away with our new car Sunday

My credit history isn’t the best, but Zuto helped me get a car within a couple of hours. The very next day, I went to the dealership to collect the car, and I was so happy.

However, on the way home, I noticed that the car had a lot of defects, and I ended up rejecting the vehicle. That’s when I saw the other side of Zuto. I received absolutely no help from them — they simply ignored me.

Now I’m left without a car, and because of my poor credit history, I won’t be able to get another car on finance for several months.

It seems that once they get you the finance, they don’t care what happens afterwards. Even if the car is faulty or unsafe, as long as they have completed the deal, you’re left to deal with the problem yourself.

I am completely disappointed with Zuto and the way they treated me after the problems with the car came to light.

Sam whitefield and pretty much everyone was great through the process i am not the easiest person to get hold of either. Service is really good.

I would like to express my gratitude to James Rathmell and his patient team although it wasn’t straightforward I would like to thank him and his team for getting things over the line and getting the vehicle I wanted. Thank you James you are a credit to your profession.
