Smooth process
My second time going through Zavamed was much better, especially if you order your prescription directly to a pharmacy of your choice for pickup. I previously had a prescription/order that needed to be canceled, and I had to re-apply again but the doctor approved my prescription the very next day and my order was ready for pickup at the pharmacy. Smooth process.

I ordered Mounjaro on 13.05.26, estimated delivery was 15.05.26 and today is 19.05.26 but still I didn't receive anything even I paid over approx. 450 EUR...

Experience with Zava platform is fine
Experience with Zava platform is fine. The treatment fee of €40 is a little excessive, but whatever.
The biggest issue is with the delivery. The transport company for Mounjaro is incredibly unprofessional. There’s barely any notice of when the package will be delivered. You can’t set up a specific day or notify that you won’t be home. This time I specifically ordered so that it would come on my work from home day, and then I get a notification that I wasn’t home, even though i absolutely was. I can’t stay home from work multiple days in a row just hoping this delivery will show up. This medication is safe to be stored without refrigeration for 30 days. I’d rather just take the chance with DHL than ever have to deal with trans-o-flex again.
