Not happy at all with the contact data I got from ZoomInfo. In fact it did me not good at all. I ended up having to purchase the same information elsewhere. The database I got from a different B2B con... See more

The absolute worst customer service
The absolute worst customer service, I account rep just videos or tutorials. Absolute worst investment for leads. This place laid off 600 ppl recently as well so makes sense.
Terrible service
Terrible service, extremely difficult to cancel contracts. Unhelpful service because their commission check depends on you not cancelling.
Onboarding is sorely lacking
Onboarding is sorely lacking. If you want an Amazon-styled self-service experience, go for it. You'll be left to figure it out!
HORRENDOUS Company. Never do business with them!
I now have exchanged over four hundred emails trying to get a corrected balance on an invoice. Yes, that's an accurate number (400!!). Still not revolved. Horrendous company with ZERO customer support. The same cycle of useless idiots responds with templates and direction to go to their website. We will never do business with them again.
they will add you back onto call lists every 3 months after opt-out
They sell information to companies that then call you. They have an opt-out list that seems to get you off of there list for about 3 months, and then you get re-added even if your on a "suppression list" and then the calls start again. The other problem is you get a flood of calls from multiple vendors so you will have 5 to 10 calls a day from 25 to 50 vendors over the course of the week. each individual vendor is only calling once but its basically a DDOS attack on your phone. I have complaints with the BBB and i am still getting calls on my now 3rd attempt at being removed from there list.
Poor data, hounded and didn't delete my data as requested
We had a trial with ZoomInfo, but the data quality was so poor that we decided not to move forward. Shortly after, I checked their 1-star Trustpilot reviews—I only wish I’d done that before wasting our time.
Following the trial, we were endlessly pestered to give them another chance. It got to the point where I explicitly requested that they delete all of my data. They confirmed in writing that my data had been erased.
Fast forward to today, and I receive an outreach email referencing our past conversations, data quality issues, and previous sales rep. Clearly, my data was not deleted as claimed.
Due to this blatant breach of data deletion confirmed by their team, I have now submitted a formal Subject Access Request (SAR) to uncover exactly what data they are still illegally holding on me and my business. Avoid.
Consent? Never asked!
Contacted by a company that got my personal phone number from Zoom Info. I never consented to them selling my data to customers! If you are considering hiring them, please don't...I am sure there are many people in my position, and they don't want you cold-calling them using these sorts of tactics!
Can't get in touch with anyone, no returned calls or emails
Didn't realize it was a year contract. Tried cancelling immediately and they charged me two more times after first started reaching out (probably reached out 15 or so times after that. No one returned my contacts over a series of months. Finally got someone to respond to an email/pick up a call, and they said they'd cancel the year contract but would not refund charges they made as I was desparately reaching out to them.
Does not follow through with removal requests
They do not respond to requests to remove profiles, which violates data privacy laws. Horrible, unethical company and the info they list is usually wrong too.
ZoomInfo is great for businesses who are willing to properly use their solution
I originally had an issue, i was lucky to connect with Jamie who was able to explain things and get my issue resolved. Highly recommend ZoomInfo to any business that can benefit from using their solution. Thank you
Never sign with them
Never sign with them! You can never reach anyone for help and they don't let you cancel! Horrible platform and a horrible company. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!
Telephone Preference Service (PTS) Compliancy issues
Zoominfo do not take the most basic step of cross referencing their B2B databases with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) in the UK.
This is a direct breach of ICO regulations.
Unethical Organisation
We decided to sign up to Zoom info to establish a sales pipeline within our business, we signed a 12 month contract for what they stated on numerous team calls that the information supplied on the portal was up to date and accurate, during the 12 months of the contract over 50% of the information was in accurate, wrong contact information, phone numbers and emails. despite attempts from our strategy department to resolve these issues nothing changed. at the end of the contract we decided not to continue with there services. we signed a contract for 12 months meaning 12 monthly payments, yet they raised 15 and now they are chasing for this payment. they continue to chase using an independent collection agent. this company needs to be audited by the regulating bodies who control this type of organisation, as you can see from there ratings 1.7 this company should be investigated to ensure other companies don't get caught up in paying for something that can not be delivered.
If you hate spam, then hate ZoomInfo
I did not give ZoomInfo (no part of the reputable Zoom that enables web meetings) permission to use my information. So they simply stole it, then sold it to enable others to spam me. ZoomInfo is disreputable and I will trust no company that simply cold contacts me, especially via email. The only positive reviews here come from the second-rate companies that buy stolen data from ZoomInfo.
using my data without consent - stay away
1) stole my data from no idea where
2)sold it with no consent
3) ignore my multiple request to erase my data
vendors using this service risk to destroy their reputation

Again this company is selling my personal data including my personal mobile - I have complained aslo in the past and nothing is happening

The contacted me out of the blue saying thy were going to process my information. They claimed I would need to go their trust centre or whatnot to stop this blatantly illegal data processing happening. I replied to the E-Mail and believe me unless they react appropriately I will sue this scammy lowlife spam company.
Difficult company to do business with
Difficult company to do business with. Cannot reach anyone for support without making an appointment. At present, I can't use my account, which is expensive.
Horrible company
Horrible company. Tried to sign up for a trial, no confirmation code was sent, we tried another of our email addresses, no luck. Suddenly got a call from a guy with a blanket in his mouth (sounded like) and he asked for "some information" about our company. This is not how it works. We cancelled the request.
