Fast and easy process.

The most important aspect for us was the trust from the very first conversation over the phone.
Super helpful from the start.
I call 4 times to make sure I was doing it correctly.
Never we felt that we were disturbing.

Bad exp. but good customer service
I had good costumer service but had an unpleasant experience. Wrong details on our Bali e-visa's(in Indonesian language).. but clear and quick communication and refund on it's way.
