It was my first order from the German based company. I wanted a specific vintage LV bag in a good condition and they had it on their website. The delivery was quick and smooth. The bag was nicely packed and I received a lovely little present too. The bag was in pristine condition better then I expected for such a vintage piece. I paid two trusted companies to authorise the authenticity of the bag and the results were “authentic” from both. That was great news as the company has some amazing pieces reasonably priced. Very happy and I would highly recommend this company.

The best shop for second hand bags. I can’t remember how many bags i got from this shop. I recently bought a YSL clutch bag and it still looks new for a very great price. I love it!

Shipping took longer than I'm used to from webshop nowadays. I placed my order on Tuesday, and by Thursday it still hadn't been shipped. I sent them an email, and they responded very quickly. Later that same day, I received a shipping confirmation, and my order arrived on Friday.

I'm very happy with my bag. It looks exactly like the pictures and matches the description. It was well packaged and even came with a small gift. I will definitely be ordering from this webshop again in the future!

I am very very happy with the service (very fast delivery) and quality of the products. I have purchased multiple designer bags for different occasions and the quality is every single time as described on their website (I buy only the goods that are qualified as ‘sehr gut’). Will buy definitely again.

Extremely dishonest and to be completely avoided. First they charge 19.9% VAT for non European Union customers. They should not be doing this as it’s against the law. They then lied they didn’t and wrote long emails trying to hide their lies. After I proved their lies, and said I will be reporting them to the authorities, they quickly refunded the VAT. Next the Celine bags arrived six weeks later and looked nothing like the images and videos. They were smaller and heavily stained. VintageandKickz had never disclosed this. They then refused a refund even though I was within my 14day refund window claiming it was against their contract. Again, I showed them proof of their contract terms which stated returns were allowed within 14days. They had no choice but to allow the refund. I posted the bags via secured mail and took out an insurance against loss. The bags arrived and cleared customs within four days. Everything is tracked and online. But this dishonest seller is now creating another set of lies, claiming the bags are held in customs. The tracking shows it’s been delivered to their address. I have raised a claim with my bank. Please avoid this seller completely. Next thing they’ll say is bags arrived damaged… Truly a bunch of unprofessionals and liars who cannot be trusted and keep changing their stories.
