A garbage website. It provides incorrect and incomplete information; it displays vehicle details but without any actual history. Thieves and crooks. They take your money but give nothing in return, and there is no option for a refund.

Beware! This is a ghost company; you pay for a report and get nothing. You email them asking for an explanation, but VIN Screener completely fails to respond. The website is supposed to look legitimate, even claiming someone has just inspected a car, but it's all just a cover-up to mislead you into paying for a report you won't receive. Be careful, don't be fooled.

They are scammers. They did not provide any reviews about mileage verification for a fee of 12€. The data provided is only the car brand. There is no possibility of complaint. No contact. I do not recommend.

Nach der kostenpflichtigen Suche über vinscreener.com wurden dort falsche Fahrzeugdaten angezeigt, sowie Antriebsart und kilometerstand, der im fahrzeug per lückenloser Dokumentation, nachweislich um 90,000km niedriger war als aud vinscreener angezeigt. Die gelieferten Fahrzeuginformationen dienen keinesfalls als zuverlässige Quelle, deshalb nicht empfehlenswert.

Following a paid search on vinscreener.com, the site displayed incorrect vehicle data—specifically regarding the drivetrain type and mileage—with the actual mileage, as verifiably proven by the vehicle's complete service documentation, being 90,000 km lower than what was shown on Vinscreener. The vehicle information provided serves in no way as a reliable source; therefore, this service is not recommended.

VIN Screener has the most incomplete reports and wrong data. I don't recommend at all.

Rapport is not correct at all. Wanted to get more information out of my recently bought car but this is just a scam. Basic information about the car doesn’t match.

The documents I received wherent even from my car, it was a different model.

This service is an absolute joke and a complete rip-off. I paid for a VIN report and got almost nothing in return — barely any useful information, no real details, and nowhere near what other companies provide for the same type of service. Compared to every other VIN check provider I have used, this was by far the worst and felt like throwing money away.

What is even more outrageous is the way they treat paying customers. I sent two separate messages asking for an explanation and requesting support, and both were completely ignored. No reply, no accountability, no customer service, and of course no refund.

Taking people’s money and then disappearing without even the courtesy of a response is unacceptable. This feels dishonest, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating. I strongly warn everyone to stay far away from this company and use a legitimate VIN report provider instead. Do not waste your money here.

All the information is wrong i demand a refund

It is a scam. The information for the vehicle is all wrong.

2. Colour
3. Mileage
No channel to contact them to dispute or request for refund.

Paid 9€ for a pre-purchase car-check. The milage was 260.000, instead of the real documented 93.000. Maybe the america company has no access to the european data.
Advice if your check is for european cars: don't loose your money.
No Email confirmation received, only the money has gone!!!!

Bought a report for a bike. Came a car model, other strange info. no refund possibilities, no help, nothing. should've come here before purchasing the "service"...

It is a scam. The information for the vehicle is all wrong.

3. Mileage was reported as 200,000 miles+ for 3 years old car.
I think all the info are BS. Even free Vin decoder sites can provide better info. And there is no channel to contact them to dispute or request for refund

They give wrong information about your car. DON'T BUY!
