After being bombarded by countless ads from trucking brokers, I finally connected with Steve Brown at VinMove Auto Transport. He was upfront, honest, and straightforward from the very first phone call. My car was picked up and delivered shortly after we spoke — right on time and within budget.
The driver, Humberto, was professional and pleasant. He carefully loaded and unloaded my vehicle with great care.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS
In April I contracted with them to transport my car. They gave one price and then raised the price a couple of days before pick up. When I told them that I could not pay that amount and I wanted a refund, they refused to refund my $100 deposit. They would only refund my money if I removed my negative review. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. It’s JUNE and they have yet to refund my deposit. They are scammers. I vow to continue to share this egregious scam with the world until I am vindicated with the refund I deserve.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I recently received. My experience was marked by a total lack of professionalism, including dishonest communication and attempts to shift blame onto the driver.
Despite being promised a fast turnaround, the vehicle was not delivered as expected. I typically use SST and have had great experiences with them; however, your company failed to meet even basic standards.
I intend to refer this matter to my contacts at the federal level to investigate your business tactics, licensing, and potentially fraudulent behavior.

My easy experience with shipment.
Called them to ship my truck from Florida to Massachusetts. They were professional and did their best to get a good price. Unfortunately due to the gas prices and government mandates the quoted price went higher but it had to be done. Got my truck in 3 days and in good condition. Would use again if I have another vehicle to ship.
