Peaceful Sleep
I sleep more peacefully knowing that my home is protected each night by my Verisure Alarm.
The alarm is so easy to Activate/Deactivate using my mobile.
The Team are very quick to respond if I accidently set off the alarm by forgetting to deactivate the alarm but at least I am keeping them on their toes!

Always there for you
Most of the village was taken off the grid and generators substituted due to major refurbishment work.
The monitoring system alerted me that this had happened and that the battery was now powering the alarm.
I was also informed that the power was restored pretty much straight away as has happened before.
It will happen again later this week after the works have been completed (maybe) but whatever happens I know that the team at Verisure will be on the case as always.

Professional technician -
Ross (staff ID238209) attended the inspection today. He arrived in time and asked about the problems deeply, performed all sorts of different inspections promptly. He then found out the issue but had to take a long way to a spot for picking up the replacement parts and came back for fixing it. I truly appreciate for his service. He tried his best for sorting out the problem instead of getting someone else to follow up the other day. Five stars!!
