You will love this service!

As a senior citizen I was amazed and am very happy by how easy it was to make my video! It looks and sounds great! My congratulations to everyone involved with developing the AI and the website!

It worked fine at first but...

It worked fine the first few times. But my god there is nothing but errors every time I use their features now. I can't explain why, but it is such a waste of a subscription just for it to produce faulty videos.

I was sent the wrong product and seal…

I was sent the wrong product and seal was not intact. Replacement product has never been received. Shipping takes way too long and chat response is same. Will not be ordering from Veed again and will not be recommending.

Faulty service, overpriced.

The service is overpriced, the translations are inaccurate and inefficient, and in most subtitle translation cases the results are poor. On top of that, they do not offer a refund once you've tried the service. There are much better alternatives. I do not recommend it at all.

I subscribed to your service with the hope of using it for my work, but the experience has been nothing short of deceptive. I spent a significant amount of money—over PKR 12,900—and took a day off work to complete my projects, only to find that my credits were exhausted almost immediately.
​For a working-class individual, this amount is substantial, and the way your system consumes credits without clear warning feels like a trap. It is incredibly unfair to advertise a monthly package that essentially leaves a user stranded after just a few hours of work. I am not a big corporation; I am an individual trying to make ends meet, and this experience has caused me significant financial and emotional stress.
​I am highlighting this issue not just for myself, but to ensure that other unsuspecting users, who work hard for every penny they earn, do not fall into what feels like a predatory trap. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider how your credit structure impacts actual users. I am deeply dissatisfied with this service
