I adore this gorgeous soft bed linen which makes me dream of Northern Portugal, where it is made so beautifully by the lovely folks on the website video.

Undercover living have a great quality of products and I am also very thankful to the communication with them by email, which Miriam has demonstrated care and advise regarding taxation due to delivery outside of EU. It shows that not only it's a company of quality clothing with ethical practices, but one that cares for its customers. oh and I enjoyed the blanket I got for them very much in the last winter, it is super pleasant to cover when napping on the couch or watching a movie.

The sheets are extremely comfortable and feel very luxurious, it's real pleasure to go to sleep in them every night, The order was processed super-fast – I can highly recommend this company!

Purchased blue tencel duvet and pillow case covers - great colour and great material. Price is quite expensive however we bought them in the sale.

Rapid, informative customer service. The parcel arrived a day after ordering, and beautifully wrapped.

Bought a couple of sheets over the summer. One developed a hole in it first time we used it. Tried to contact the company via email (no other options available) got absolutely no response to my request for a refund or replacement. After writing a trustpilot review highlighting the lack of responsiveness, I then did receive an email requesting a copy of my original email. The next day I got a phone call from Miriam apologising for the lack of initial response and a speedy refund. Miriam said that they had been unable to find my original email, and I took that at face value. Very happy with the sheet that doesn’t have a hole in it and will place another order to replace the one with the hole in it. A small company doing their best that deserves support in these difficult times.

Very happy with the product. Thank you to Undercover who phoned to apologise about the delivery problems - The delivery notification stated that I took delivery and signed for the package when I was not at home.

I had terrible issues with courier company for my order. Nothing at all to do with Undercover, entirely the fault of the courier. Customer Services at Undercover were fabulous - friendly, professional and very helpful. Kept me updated and sorted the issue out. Very impressed. The products themselves are beautiful.
