Years of “reward points” and not a single one I can use
I’ve been buying from U7Buy for years, and with every order I collect their reward points. By now I’ve built up a lot of them. The problem: I have never been able to redeem a single one. Not for a discount, not for credit, not for anything.
This isn’t a temporary glitch. It has been like this for years. The points just sit in my account, the number keeps going up, and they’re worth exactly nothing. U7Buy clearly has no interest in changing that.
Honestly, I find this cheeky. If you show customers a points balance with every purchase, you’re giving them the impression they’re earning something in return for their loyalty. If those points can’t be used, the whole system is just decoration to keep people coming back. That doesn’t feel like a reward program. It feels like being strung along.
Either make the points redeemable or stop pretending they mean anything. Loyal customers deserve better than an ever growing number that leads nowhere.
