It's a disaster. The customer support is a joke. Auto answers.
I bought 3 Win 11 Pro licenses . The 3rd one says , "We're under maintenance ." And I never got my 3rd key . Nobody answers the support form.

Licences for Office is fake
I bought a license for Office 2024 Pro and when I installed it it never got working because the license was installed in other machine. No support in the tickets and emails I have send after 2 weeks. This is fraud. Requesting the charge back and noticing this to police.

Charged for a product I never ordered
I was charged for an item I did not purchase. When I contacted support, they confirmed my refund in writing, stating it would be processed within 7 business days. That deadline passed and nothing happened. Instead of resolving it, they kept asking for additional screenshots that were completely unnecessary given they had already approved the refund.
Avoid this store if you value your money. Poor customer service, misleading policies, and they do not honor their own written commitments.

License key didn't work. Lost money
License key didn't work, after claiming for it they ask for a picture of the computer's taskbar, I sent it, but they ask again for the picture 4 days later. Obviously I had to buy another license for my customer in another store.

Keys that you buy are not legitimate
We paid the fee for Office 2024 and downloaded the key that was generated. However when we tried to use the key at setup.office.com the key was not accepted. Further extensive research indicated it was not a legitimate key.... basically just a random collection of characters. Also the software they downloaded to our Mac only works on Windows machines.
