Charged for a product I never ordered
I was charged for an item I did not purchase. When I contacted support, they confirmed my refund in writing, stating it would be processed within 7 business days. That deadline passed and nothing happened. Instead of resolving it, they kept asking for additional screenshots that were completely unnecessary given they had already approved the refund.
Avoid this store if you value your money. Poor customer service, misleading policies, and they do not honor their own written commitments.
