Great service.
Firstly the website was clear and easy to navigate. I did however have some technical questions so gave them a call. My queries were answered fully by the person answering the phone who also offered to check my order before sending. The goods were despatched the same day, arrived mid France in 48 hours and were fully tracked.
Assembly was straight forward , all components fitting together as described and appear to be of high quality.

I purchased your companies tubes at a…
I purchased your companies tubes at a higher cost to myself than what I could purchase locally, thinking it would have been superior quality.
On them arriving, apart from the 1x 50cm trap section, which was a heavy duty metal, the other tubes were thin and lightweight. Not what I expected.
I have purchased and installed 4 chimneys, to date, so I have some idea of comparisons of the quality of the tubes. From 3 different sources.
The 2 x 45° were also smaller and lighter than expected, making my calculations for the horizonral rise up the chimney very tight.
The postage was very quick, and arrived in good time.

You ordered black stainless-steel flue components in 0.6 mm, which are designed to be thin and lightweight. The only item in 2 mm steel in your order is the 50 cm section, which explains the difference in weight. These products are from different ranges, and mixing ranges inevitably results in different finishes and non-uniform fittings, as each line is manufactured to its own specifications.
All items supplied match the specifications listed at the time of purchase, and the single-wall components can be cut or adjusted to suit your installation. The order was dispatched without delay.
