Dear Binu,

We are sorry to hear you feel this way about our company and our service. We assure you that we have our customers' satisfaction in high regard. Due to unfortunate circumstances, your veranda was delayed more than we expected, and we are truly sorry about that. The installment of your veranda was originally planned for week 6, but due to circumstances beyond our control this was delayed to week 12. When we were loading the glass compartments to deliver them at your home, unfortunately one of the parts broke, causing another delay. After that, it turned out that somehow we received the wrong colour from our supplier. As compensation for that, we offered you a 500 euro discount and 4 cans of wood stain, which you accepted. Unfortunately, it turned out some parts were missing, and the veranda could not be fully installed. Due to some internal miscommunication, this issue has not be resolved yet. We are terribly sorry about it. The salesperson who was supposed to solve this issue, went home sick without informing his coworkers about your situation. Your case has now been transferred to our service department, who will do its best to solve it as soon as possible. They have contacted you and informed you that we will start installing your veranda within 2 weeks. After that is done, we will come by to check if you are satisfied with your product. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. We will do our best to solve this matter as fast as we can, so that you can start enjoying your veranda to the fullest!
