My name is Dominga Rodriguez and this was my first time using this website, at first I was so surprised I was getting a ticket to see my sister for$113 but unfortunately this was not as advertised. My intentioanal flight was not approved as advertised so I was offered a flight for a total of $313 from Philadelphia airport which is one hour away from me. In order not to loose my money I ended up taking that flight. I understand Alicia did her best but the company couldn't hold to their advertisement.

I paid for the cancellation protection and they won’t give me a refund especially after sending me the wrong ticket for a totally different destination!!! I called back and they said they don’t have the right information to help me, WTF is that?!?!

Gracy was helpful with securing the flights I needed for work. It did cost a little extra but I was able to book last minute.

I want to be honest about my experience with TravoDeals and Fred.

At first it really felt like a scam because it took time to get my ticket. I was frustrated and kept asking where is my ticket? I expected it within 24 hours and was very anxious.

But I have to say Fred was patient over the phone and supportive as much as he could. In the end I got my ticket the day before travelling, which was stressful, but the important thing is I got it and I flew to Texas and back and everything was smooth after that.

So I'm giving 3 stars now and withholding 2 stars for next time I purchase a flight ticket with them. If next time the ticket comes faster, I will give 5 stars.

These reviews are fake!! Go on google and see how they scammed people and take your money!! They will keep trying to make u pay more keep telling you your flight is overbooked then never send you your money back BEWARE!!!

Simon was very very helpful in helping me book a flight and was very patient with all my questions and was able to answer them perfectly to my needs of answers, and ive already mentioned it, but was very very helpful.
