I want to be honest about my experience with TravoDeals and Fred.

At first it really felt like a scam because it took time to get my ticket. I was frustrated and kept asking where is my ticket? I expected it within 24 hours and was very anxious.

But I have to say Fred was patient over the phone and supportive as much as he could. In the end I got my ticket the day before travelling, which was stressful, but the important thing is I got it and I flew to Texas and back and everything was smooth after that.

So I'm giving 3 stars now and withholding 2 stars for next time I purchase a flight ticket with them. If next time the ticket comes faster, I will give 5 stars.
