Quick effective
Very quick effective and they have a stock after one night I ordered. Only if I give 5 star on this that they suppose to read "order comment" that I want them to contact them via SMS as I am deaf. However, next time, I have learn my lesson and I use different number that they can contact via interpreter video chat. In the future I use this number that they contact me quickly than SMS.

The Discontinued Kitchen Sink
I bought a kitchen sink online. After a bit of a wait, I rang to follow up. I was told that this kitchen sink was discontinued. Greg at their Lilydale store was very helpful in finding a similar sink that was available. I bought it for the same price as he was kind enough to speak to his manager to enable this. Fantastic team. When my order arrived at the store one of the guys offered to drop it off for me at the end of his shift on the way home just so I could get it sooner. The order itself is exactly as advertised and I'm very happy with my purchase.
